The Moore Family

Valerie and Charlie Moore have been growing broilers for George's since 2023 after purchasing operations from Valerie's parents and renovating their four houses. While Charlie works full-time on the farm, Valerie manages the bookkeeping and assists Charlie with in-between flock needs. Their children help with new flock preparation and enjoy walking through the young birds.

The Moores practice biosecurity and have a close working relationship with their service tech to constantly communicate on bird health. They also implement a Nutrient Management Plan, a ground mounted solar system, updated litter storage sheds, and reservoirs to have a 24-hour water supply always on hand.
